Cari is currently a member of the Illinois Artisan Program, Tall Grass Arts Association, Around the Coyote Arts and Town & Country Art League and has fine art on display in various galleries and businesses throughout the Chicago land area.

Four years ago, on a whim, Cari took a black and white photography class through the local park district. Until that point she didn't own a camera and had no photography or artwork experience. Cari immediately fell in love with photography. She continued to learn new photography and artwork techniques and teach herself her new found art form. Two years later she tried digital photography.

Digital photography opened her eyes to a whole different artistic world. although, traditional black and white photography was great, there were many limitations. she quickly discovered that creating photographic artwork digitally was limitless.
